The submitted extended abstracts will be reviewed and selected by the Programme Commitee.  If a paper is accepted by the Programme Committee, the authors will receive a notification 2 months after the abstract submission deadline. On acceptance a full paper is mandatory. There are five different types of acception:

• Talk* - The acceptance comprises a talk during the Conference. The duration of a presentation will be limited to 15 minutes + 5 minutes of discussion.
• Paper - Upon acceptance, the authors have to deliver a mandatory full paper for the online proceedings of the conference. See the guidelines for more details.

• Short Talk - Those accepted for a poster presentation may hold a short talk of 5 minutes prior to the poster presentation.
• Poster - Take your printed poster to the conference (maximal size A0 portrait). An electronic submission is not necessary. The exhibition area will provide labels, where the poster is supposed to hang. The acceptance comprises discussions at the poster with the author during the poster session.
• Paper - Upon acceptance, the authors have to deliver a mandatory full paper. See the guidelines for more details.

• Poster - Take your printed poster to the conference (maximal size A0 portrait). An electronic submission is not necessary. You may submit a poster for display during the Conference without talk and publication in the conference proceedings. Please send title and a short outline of your Poster to sara.heupl@fh-wels.at. Upon acceptance, it will be displayed in the foyer or the auditorium. Take your printed poster to the conference. An electronic submission is not necessary. The exhibition area will provide labels, where the poster is supposed to hang. The acceptance comprises discussions at the poster with the author during the poster session. The submission deadline can be found under Important Dates.

*Talk: The presentation slides must be handed in during the break prior to your designated session in the auditorium at the presentation laptop. The use of personal laptops is not allowed.
