Students must hand in a library clearance form to the administration (usually the study programme office) before completing their studies. The library clearance confirms all borrowed items have been returned to the library. This can be issued in person during office hours.
If no more media are outstanding AND no more fees are open on the library account, this clearance can also be requested by mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) (the library clearance will then be passed on by us to the respective secretary's office during the day).
If there are still items on loan and/or fees outstanding, these must first be returned or paid before a clearance can be issued.
