Functional Fitness Power Circle

Functional Fitness is originally based on Bodyweight Exercises, where you work against the resistance of your body weight. Normally a certain instability is brought in, which has to be compensated. Example: You hold the plank and additionally lift an arm or a leg. You then have to balance this instability with your muscles in order to remain stable. We train alternately with Kettlebell, the Sling Trainer, Ropes, Medicine Balls, Gymnastics Balls, Balance Pads, Tubes, Mini Bands, Sandbags, Coordination Ladders, Fascia Rolls or classic dumbbells and barbells.
