Strengthening and flexibility of the body's centre and back are the secrets of every athlete's performance and the goal for a healthy posture. The training is specialized in these two areas. Basic variations of the lunge, push-ups, squads and crunches are also included.
goals: Activation and strengthening of the body's core (abdominal muscle groups), increasing the flexibility of tendons and ligaments (intervertebral discs), increasing trunk stability by training the deep-seated muscles, prevention and reduction of back pain.
