Who is responsible for the optimum production of smartphones in Korea, sports shoes in China, tablets in the USA or motorcycles in Austria? Manufacturing plants need specially trained graduates with technical and economic know-how. They take on core tasks in various fields and gradually take on managerial responsibilities. The degree programme equips its graduates with precisely these qualifications. They understand business procedures and the fields purchasing, product development, manufacturing, assembly, controlling and management. Thanks to the interdisciplinary training all career opportunities with managerial tasks in manufacturing and manufacturing-related companies are open to them – ideal preparation for entry to companies that operate internationally
