In the health care sector more and more entrepreneurial aspects are playing a central role besides purely medical fields. This is because an increasing demand for quality, the trend of costs and competition make it necessary to act with a long-term and economic orientation even in this field. Process and project management make it possible to standardise and further develop quality and processes procedures in health care establishments, hospitals, medical technology and pharmaceutical companies as well as in all businesses in this sector. The Bachelor’s degree programme Process Management in Health Care devotes itself to these requirements and trains students for managerial roles in the health sector.
