Today, large international companies and small local firms alike are competing on a global scale. Successful companies are those that can react quickly and innovatively to the wishes of their customers and do so with high quality. To be successful in the long term, you need appropriate business processes. Adequate business processes are an important prerequisite for meeting these requirements in the long term. To achieve this, however, data and information must be rethought in strategic and operational corporate management. This means that data-based decision-making processes largely replace intuition and "gut feeling" in day-to-day management and lead to measurable increases in productivity and profits by adapting business processes.
