Global Knowhow: Intercultural Management for SMEs

Export is the basis for the success of many companies in Upper Austria. In contrast to global enterprises SMEs often break new ground when they think of the international marketing of their products. Often the lack of resources, structure and knowledge of the target country inhibit SMEs from taking concrete steps forward. A key success factor, in addition to marketing and sales skills, is the understanding of intercultural business rules.
Experience the Upper Austrian Export Day 2014 on 10 November and learn how successful SMEs in Upper Austria have made the leap to the international scene. This event takes place in coordination with the internationalization offensive go-international, an initiative of the Federal Ministry for Science, Research and Economics and the Austrian Chamber of Commerce.
