Databases

Use the Database Infomation System (DBIS) [only in German!] if you are looking for an appropriate database for your research topic. DBIS records all the important information on databases and allows a fast selection by discipline. At present, more than 14,300 databases are listed in DBIS, among them +6,100 freely available databases.

E-Books

All our licenced E-Books are searchable via our libary search engine PRIMO.
A more detailed search in the full-texts of the individual E-Books is currently only possible via the search in the publisher portals.

E-Journals

The Electronic Journals Library (EZB) offers structured (by research area) and uniform access to scientific full-text journals. It comprises more than 110,000 titles, of which almost 75,000 journals are accessible free of charge to anyone.
The availability of full-text access is indicated by traffic-light symbols. The e-journals subscribed to by the FH Upper Austria - marked by a yellow traffic light - can only be accessed in the campus network!
