International Expertise Enriched Electrical Engineering Program
Under the enriching guidance of a renowned guest lecturer from Indonesia, students in the international Electrical Engineering program at the School of Engineering, Wels Campus, are exploring new horizons. Prof. Leonard Lisapaly, PhD, who is visiting for two weeks in October, visits from Universitas Kristen Indonesia in Jakarta where he holds the position of Department Head for Electrical Engineering.
During his stay in Wels, he shares his extensive expertise and experience by offering courses on Data Science to first-semester Electrical Engineering Bachelor’s degree students. Students are enthusiastic about his teaching approach and appreciate the international perspectives he brings to the classroom.
In addition to his teaching, Prof. Lisapaly focuses on scientific topics, particularly the application of simulations in areas such as photovoltaics (PV) and wind turbines. These exciting research fields reflect his expertise and commitment to cutting-edge technologies.
