Studienprojekte

Data Analysis and Visualization of Public Building Data using netatmo weather stations. Analyzing the comfort level in rooms.

Ziel

The goal of the project is a system that combines context information with weather stations data measured in specific rooms of the FH-Hagenberg. We specifically focus on introducing feedback from users into the visualization and data analysis process. The goal is to automatically detect correlations and anomalies in certain rooms and report them. The first step is to implement a visualization interface for the weather station data and the feedback given by the user. Later it is planned to introduce further context elements (such as information extracted from room planning software). Stubs for the rule engine and the data analysis module will be also added in this step.In the second step the rule engine and the data analysis module will be implemented and tuned.Example Use-Case: According to the values measured in the room a feedback alert can be triggered that asks the user if he/she is still comfortable.
