This apartment, was completely renovated and redecorated in summer 2008.

All rooms are fully furnished. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen (including oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, cutlery, pots, dishes etc.). Toilet and bathroom are shared.

Bedding, sheets and covers and towels are at your disposal. Washing machine is also included to the apartment.

Rental conditions

Amount of deposit (refundable)*: 1-month's rent
Rent payment period: 1 month in advance in cash or bank transfer
Rent for a single room: 275 € per month
Rent for a double room: 225 € per month

* The deposit will be refunded, if no damage is done in the apartment.
