Managing manufacturing companies

In a dynamic, global economy, it is those enterprises that have an efficient and customer-oriented approach to production that are successful. This means they rely on executives, who develop the appropriate strategies, who plan and control production, optimize processes and carry out projects successfully with their team.

The master’s degree programme "Operations Management" (OMT) offers you a forward-looking management education for this purpose. You acquire both leadership skills and expertise in the fields of production and ERP.

Globally interlinked planning and control as well as the continuous optimization of logistic processes are crucial for the success of a business. A significant contribution to achieving this success can be made with an SAP system that is tailored to meet the specific requirements of a business. The OMT-degree programme provides the best basis for this.
