Welcome to the School of Management

It was the practical part of the degree programme at the university of applied sciences that most appealed to me initially. The project work and professional internship have paid off for me: I found it very easy to embark on working life.

The School of Management in Steyr provides students with a modern, practice oriented university degree for a later career in the field of leadership and international management. All degree programmes are based on four fundamental principles: Students acquire general management know-how, specialist competence (according to specialist focus of the degree course), social skills and the competence to transfer theory into practice.

This practical orientation is achieved through company projects, case studies, a compulsory internship (bachelor’s degree programmes) and lecturers from the economy.

The School of Management at the Campus in Steyr is specifically internationally focused. Students are provided with the very latest internationally recognised input while intercultural management and English as the language of instruction are the order of the day. While English is a compulsory language, we also offer French, Russian, Spanish, and Czech.

A semester abroad at one of our 100 partner universities is an option which is open to any student coming to Steyr.

We are member of AACSB international.
