The Upper Austrian University of Applied Sciences Research & Development Ltd. conducts research and development in close co-ordination with the needs of the economy, a fact which guarantees rapid realisation in industry as well as society. 12 fields of research at four locations cover the most current and most significant fields of the 21st century. In this way, those enterprises with scarce personnel resources or limited funds available for their own research and development activities (small and medium-sized enterprises) are addressed on the one hand, while solutions are being developed for enterprises in need of support in specialised fields (e.g. in the form of special devices) on the other.
