This degree programme provides students with specialised knowledge of engineering for medical device technology, and includes extensive instruction in medicine as well as an overview of public health economics. Students become familiar with the language, priorities and problems of medical care and acquire the skills they will need to solve the technical challenges they will be confronted with. The course of study includes core courses and specialisation in a related field, project studies, practical experience with medical technology and an internship.
