Media Technology and Design (MTD)

Knowing how to combine the latest technology with accessible content and creative design is the key to success in the field of digital media. This undergraduate programme provides the relevant know-how by teaching students the necessary technical, creative and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of professional equipment and software is essential to the development and deployment in practice of creative and innovative ideas.

Note for applicants: the main language of instruction is German, although some modules may be offered in English and English language classes are part of the curriculum.

Prerequisites of study:

General university entrance qualification, preparatory course for university acceptance or study preparatory programme at the Upper Austria University of Applied Sciences.
Sound knowledge of German, plus interest in IT and technology, interest in culture, creativity and ability to abstract.
