All students will be issued a library clearance "Bibliotheksentlastung" by the library management to close your account. Please submit the approved library clearance form to the International Office.

In order to prepare your transcript of records it is necessary that you submit a list of courses where you expect a mark to the International Office.

After the above mentioned documents have been received the International Office will send your transcript of records and a confirmation of your stay to you.
