In order to be admitted as an exchange student, we have to receive your application by 1 June for the winter semester or 15 November for the spring semester.

Applications can only be considered after you have officially been nominated by your home university.

Please submit:

• our Student Application Form
• our Learning Agreement Form
• an Academic Transcript of Records (being an official list from your home university which contains all the courses you have already passed)
• our Accommodation Form (if you want us to reserve accommodation for you)
• a CV
• a photocopy of your passport
• a photo

After you have been accepted as an exchange student in Wels, the International Office will contact you via Email and we will send to you an information package and a Letter of Acceptance.

Please note that the Email address which you indicate on your Student Application form will be used to contact you. It will not always be possible to send a regular letter, so make sure you have a valid and working Email address and inform us in case of any changes.

Upon arrival, the International Office will provide you with all relevant information regarding your stay.
