Cross-Cultural Conference 2012
We are pleased to announce the international "Cross-Cultural Conference 2012" at the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria on May 9th 2012. The conference is embedded in the annual "International Week" and provides an opportunity for lecturers, researchers and practitioners to advance knowledge and discuss latest developments in the field of management and business.
This year's conference at the School of Management in Steyr mainly focuses on the key management subjects of the study program Global Sales and Marketing in an intercultural environment. Moreover, this conference will be carried out in cooperation with the School of Applied Health/Social Sciences, chairing an additional session.
Therefore, authors are encouraged to prepare and submit papers for the following sesions:
- Session A: Intercultural Management and International HRM
- Session B: Sales Management
- Session C: B2B-Marketing
- Session D: Intercultural Social Work
Venue
The conference will be held at the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria, School of Management in Steyr. The city of Steyr has a long history as an industrial and manufacturing center and has one of the best preserved old towns in Austria. The location of the city is directly at the confluence of the river Enns and Steyr, which makes Steyr a particularly picturesque place.

Please use the Registration Form to register for the “Cross-Cultural Conference 2012” and/or the “International Week 2012” and send it to international@fh-steyr.at by January 16th.
