ESN (Erasmus Student Network) is a Europe wide student network and its goal is to help exchange students find their way in their new city. Exchange students can participate in the activities organized by our ESN section.

A warm welcome for our students from abroad is guaranteed by our team of 'Buddies' - Steyr Campus students - who have volunteered to help you make the most of your time here. Buddies provide a support service for incoming students, which includes picking them up from Linz airport or Steyr train station on the pre-arranged arrival days, showing them around the town, helping them to deal with the necessary formalities and so on.

Apart from buddy system, ESN Steyr organises the Welcome Week. Trips, afternoon and evening activities help the international students to get to know their peers and learn about their new surroundings. However, ESN activities concentrate not only on welcoming the arriving international students. Our section also organises an attractive programme of trips and events throughout the whole semester.
