Since Linz is home to five universities, there are numerous student dormitories. Rent starts at about Euro 220/month. There is a list below for your convenience (please note: the postal code 4020 indicates the city center, probably a preferred location for our students!)

At the moment, most of our exchange students are accommodated at the Dr. Karl Grünner Haus. If you wish to stay there, please see here for more information and fill in the online application.

The first month's rent, and, in most cases, a security deposit must be paid before arrival.

It's fairly easy to find rooms and flats in and around Linz. Advertisements can be found on the Students' Association website and in local newspaper, but here the International Office does not provide assistance.
